We had been researching homes around the country for years and narrowed it down to the Tri-Cities area of TN. After reading reviews of real estate agencies, we called Hurd Realty. The best thing that happened to us was that Cyndee Godsey answered the phone.

We worked with Cyndee for over a year. We live in Upstate NY and our son lived in Elizabethton. Shopping for a home long distance had some challenges but, Cyndee made it easy for us. She sent us listings and was always available to see properties either when we visited or just with our son.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She was always quickly responsive when contacted - cheerful, kind, professional, honest, patient...she made us feel like part of her family.
Walking us through the purchasing procedure, providing us with a variety of names for local inspectors, contractors, lenders, surveyors...she made the process easy. When we found "the" home, her advice and guidance helped us to seal the deal - very quickly.

We couldn't be happier with her service - and our home. We highly recommend Cyndee. She is very hard working and one of the nicest people we have ever met.

The downside....we miss her!
